Everything SackOrder does
SackOrder keeps a roaster’s wholesale standing orders honest: which café gets what, how often, and what ships next. Here is everything it does today.
Cafés and standing orders
- Café accounts
- Name, order email and city for every wholesale account.
- Standing orders
- Coffee, bags, cadence (weekly, every two weeks, monthly) and next ship date, sorted by ship date.
- Mark ready
- Mark an order ready once it’s roasted and bagged; pause it when a café closes for a while.
Cafés
- Café orders page
- Each café gets a private page with its standing orders, cadences and next ship dates.
- Email the link
- Send the café its page from your roastery’s name. Replies come to you.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
